The Quattro 48/5000 is a combined inverter and charger that can accept two AC inputs, automatically connect to the active source, and offers features such as true sine wave output, adaptive charging, hybrid PowerAssist, and advanced system integration for parallel, three-phase, or split-phase operation.

The Victron Quattro 48/5000/70-100/100 120V is a lithium-compatible inverter/charger designed for demanding AC power systems using a 48V battery bank. It combines inverter power, battery charging, and automatic AC source transfer in one unit, making it suitable for systems that use shore power, generator power, grid power, solar, or other alternative energy sources.

With two AC inputs, the Quattro can connect to two independent AC sources, such as public grid and generator, and automatically connect to the active source. Its main AC output provides no-break transfer, taking over connected loads in less than 20 milliseconds when shore, grid, or generator power is disconnected.

PowerControl helps prevent overload of limited shore, generator, or grid power by using only available surplus current for battery charging. PowerAssist can supplement limited AC input power with battery power during peak demand, then recharge the batteries when the load decreases.
